Apollo 14 UFO Picture

Supposedly a NASA photograph AS14-70-9836/37 from Apollo 14, I obtained this photograph from one of the many web sites that claim it as a NASA photograph. Could this be a NASA photograph taken by the astronauts of Apollo 14 and later deleted from the NASA site? It is said that a well known NASA scientist has said that not every discovery has been announced to the public.

If this is real, I find it very intriguing....
